This place is by far, the best place to go to take care of body work, paint job, etc. for your vehicle. I was treated very politely and never felt like I was a bother! Jesse and Bobby are the best!! The turn around time for my car was reasonable considering the damage I caused! My car looked fantastic!! I was even provided a bottle of touch-up paint at no cost, and half off on a service job!! I highly recommend this shop! Thanks to all who took part in repairing my vehicle!

Thanks so much to Jesse who recommended a body shop that could accommodate our needs when he knew that his company couldn't. This shows a high level of integrity and customer service and going forward I would not hesitate to recommend Florida Collision because of it. Thanks a bunch.

I had a situation with a rental car and the people fixing my car here knew it, and helped get me my car within a timely manner. Great customer service and phone service. Would highly recommend

They provide excellent customer service. I called when most other body shops could not see my car for over a month. Jesse is great and was able to accommodate my needs. The service was done within the expected time frame and he was great at communicating with me. A couple of months later I called him again due to a problem that could be associated with the replaced parts but I was not sure about. He said to stop by so they could check it out. They fixed it right away and even fixed a blemish issue that had nothing to do with it for me. No extra charges. I highly recommend their services and will be back if needed.

Customer service is great here, but the quality of work is absolute garbage. They gave me my car back after a bumper repair, however, the paint job was not finished, all it needed was a gold streak of paint. The manager told me it was on back order and that he would call me to let me know when it came in, however, two weeks had passed and it turned out they closed a location and moved to Archer. They acted like it never even happened at first and acted like they did not know me, but I showed proof of my being there previously and explained to the new manager my situation, he immediately took it in and fixed the paint job. Now, it is great customer service, but I feel I should have been called. The car was not complete until 4 or more weeks later. Now, the paint is chipping off my bumper. No thanks, would not recommend this place to anyone who needs bumper repair at least. The bumper even still hangs kind of low. I don't know if they messed up my axles, but my wheel lop sided after they fixed the bumper and had to get towed. Anyways, the paint job is garbage, would not recommend. Here's your google review, your service and quality of work was garbage. Never again.
